Laura joined the Department of Geophysics in the Fall of 2025. Prior to joining Mines, she worked as a Project Manager in the construction and renewable energy fields. She holds a BA in Education from the University of Texas.

Consortium Responsibilities

  • Fiscal management and strategic planning for all CWP research
  • Contract preparation and management for all consortium research
  • Engage and interact with CWP sponsors and alumni
  • Manage and provide administrative support for CWP Faculty and Students
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support for CWP sponsor meetings
  • Provide a safe and encouraging space in which Students can succeed
